I have a MDT 2010 which does zero-touch Windows 7 installation just fine on all our computers but when I tried it on the Lenovo Carbon X1 with the USB ethernet dongle (P/N: 0A36322) that Lenovo sells I'm not able to.
PXE boot works and I get an IP to begin the LiteTouch WinPE x64 download but once it's done the ethernet lights turns off and the app complains that the MDT deployment share is not accessible. I pressed F8 to bring up CMD and IPCONFIG /all doesn't list the NIC.
On MDT I imported the x64 drivers both from Lenovo and Axis which made chipset for the dongle and then regenerated the deployment share boot images but no dice each time.
Anyone know what's wrong?
