Hey,
So I recently took over my companies deployment. The person before me didn't have time to teach me much but I was sent to the class and expected to be able to replace him right away. Anyway, I didn't know that his deployment share was with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit 2012 update 1. I downloaded 2013 and watched a video on how to go about it. Unfortunately I did not have the same results. When updating it I got an error when finishing saying it can't find Win_RERun.exe_TEMP_(4 digits that I missed) I can't find anything under the Win_RERun.exe. It was working fine with 2012. I saw that it preformed backups of all the data before updating it. Is there a way to go back that I'm not seeing? Or does anyone know what I need to do to fix this error?
I can try to provide as much more information as possible but am extremely new to this and am worried I just messed up all of the images for the computers. I need to attempt to fix this ASAP.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Update: I figure I should type what it says on the laptop I tried to image after I did this.
"Operating system deployment did not complete successfully."
During the deployment process, 8 errors and 0 warning were reported

Update #2: I ended up using the backup I had been playing with. Fixed a couple things and believe that is working fine. I couldn't change the other way back to 2012 but I had two computers. One is 2012 still on it. I opened another one set this way and it seems to be doing the trick for now. I am still very much interested in seeing answers to the other problem though in case I want to move to 2013 in the future. Thank you again for taking a look and telling me what you think.
Sincerly,
Anthony
