ZTIError - Unhandled error returned by LTISysprep

Im getting this error running if i run my capture task sequence when booting of my MDT created ISO CD.

Goes on to say:

The system cannot find the file specified. (-2147024894 0x8070002) Litetouch Deployment failed, Return Code -2147467259 0x80004005

Seems to fail and bring up error when executing the sysprep options.

Now i usually use this method below to capture but was just wondering if everything could be done via the ISO CD?

Once you have logged on, open a command prompt window and type the following command to manually start the Windows Deployment Wizard on the computer:

\\<computername>\<share>\Scripts\LiteTouch.vbs

LTISysprep on reference PC after the capture process fails looks like this.

PC is off the domain (which i have seen cause something similar) and I ran sysprep from the reference PC manually using same command line "sysprep.exe /quiet /generalize /oobe /quit" and it runs fine no errors.

Just wondering if anything can be done to make this work from the ISO rather than running the litetouchscript.vbs
