I have MDT 2012 Beta 1 installed on a 2008 R2 server.
I have created a reference windows xp machine, sysprep and captured the image using MDT.
When I then try to deploy the new image I get the following error (extract from BDD.log):

Seems after the .wim is copied to the pc the task tries to reboot and cannot find the proper bcdboot.exe. I sure need some help with this problem, after 4 days of searching for answers and trying stuff I am give.
