MDT With MAC Mini Bootcamp

We are loading MAC minis with Windows 7 (bootcamp configuration). When imaging MAC minis some times the Partition ends up on Disk 0 and some times it ends up on Disk 1. Deploy Studio does not appear to let us control what the partition will be, and it can be in different places depending on the image. I want to find a way to modify a script or create a script so that I can identify based on the label which drive to use and modify the install process so that it is pointed to the right partition. I have done a lot of vbscript in the past, so I just need to understand how MDT / Deployment Workbench identifies the requirements for selecting and imaging a disk. Can I over ride the Install Operating System task so that I can update the partition and disk identifier with the information I obtain by looking at the volume label?

Just to clarify... I am not so much asking for help with imaging bootcamp specifically. That information is provided so that it is understood why I need what I am looking for. I already know that Apple is not going to change how deploy studio works because I don't like it. I just need to figure out how to get MDT to deploy to a MAC under the conditions I have to work with.
