Removing the language bar from the default user profile.

Hi Guys,

I am struggling with creating a default user profile according to the instructions I followed from this website: http://www.windowsnetworking.com/articles_tutorials/customizing-default-user-profile-windows-7-part1.html

How can you remove the annoying Language Bar? It's sadly not coming through by CopyProfile. I guess this is because it added an extra Input Language, which we don't want to use. Basically we only need to use: United States - International, but the Input Language Dutch is installed too.

How can we deal with this? I've tried to look for it into GPO, but I can't find any settings. Maybe I overlook something?
