VERY simple guide to MDT

I am looking for a very simple guide to getting an MDT server online that duplicates Ghost's capabilities. I don't need 1,531 pages of planning and scripting documentation.

I want to:

1. Boot WinPE on a PC.
2. Push whatever is on that computer up to the server.
3. Boot WinPE on new PC.
4. Pull whatever is on the server down to the PC.

No pushing of applications post-install. Just. Really. Basic.

Until we got some new PCs that don't have WinPE 2 friendly NIC drivers, unattend files, sysprep and Ghost were just fine.
