Prompt to create local account during mini-setup

Hi,

I am using MDT 2013 to deploy W8.1.

I would like it to prompt me to create a local user account during mini-setup, but it's not. The other issue which might be related is that the admin account is not getting disabled. I added a "run command" at the end of the TS to disable the admin account.

Any thoughts?
