I am trying to move from XP to Windows 7 via Refresh scenario. I want to move from one partition in XP to two in order to encrypt the system drive with Bitlocker saving the encryption key in AD. I do have the New computer scenario working from F12. However, the company wants to have this solution working with refresh. First and foremost it should be possible to repartition disk from the refresh scenario and move to two partitions and second, it would be nice if it was possible to have user state copied to network before repartition the disk.
I have tried to do this within the SCCM 2007 TS but without any luck. It works when I first run New computer scenario and refresh from Windows 7 to Windows 7 but not from Windows XP to Windows 7. Is it possible to build a solution that works from XP with one partition goint to Windows 7 with two using the Refresh scenario?
