mdt 2012 and wds driver issues

So here is the deal

I am trying to rollout a dell optiplex 745 with windows 7.  For some reason I can't get the WinPe to boot properly to connect to the WDS. I get the following error message. ( see below)  Where do I add this driver so that I can WinPe boot to start my deployment. Here is the setup.  I use MDT 2012 up1 with WDS for Pixie boot. I use MDT to make my WinPe boot disks and then import them to WDS and select include all drivers and add Network , hard drive and system drivers.
