TS failing on physical machine

Hi,

 I have issue with MDT 2012. I have a TS that I am testing on physical as well on virtual machine. The same TS fails on Physical machine and works for virtual test VM.

Error that I receive is

           "Windows Could not parse or process unattend answer file [c:\windows\panther\unattend.xml] for pass [specialize].

 I am not sure where to look for the issue? Creating a new TS would solve this issue?
