Deployment stops at login

I start my capture in a VM, get it all good, capture it and can deploy it with no issues.  We have this special software that runs per bios and when I capture and deploy that image, it stops at a login page.  I login using my second local admin because administrator is disabled and everything looks as it should besides these files on the pc.

I have two deployment shares and I use one to sysprep and capture and then I import the operating systems without copying them so I leave them on C:\LabDeploymentshare\Captures
