MDT 2010 - Images corrupted on target computer

Hello.  We've recently received 50 new Dell OptiPlex 980's and I'm having trouble using MDT 2010 Update 1 to deploy our custom image.  When PXE booting into MDT WinPE to apply the image, the image is transferred to the target computer using multicast, but the deployment fails when trying to expand the image. The deployment fails at a different percentage each time, and has actually completed successfully once, only to fail on the next computer along.  The image I am using is Windows 7 x86 with most common programs installed (Firefox, Microsoft Office 2010, Adobe CS5 and other common software, the computers are going into a multimedia and computing studies lab in a secondary school), and it has been successfully deployed on our other computers which are Dell OptiPlex 755, 760 and 780's.  I have tried a few different computers, in case I got unlucky and picked one with dodgy hardware, but I have the same problem.

I've had a look at the log files for a few failed deployments, and the part that stands out is in setupact.log which appears as follows:

Each attempted deployment has similar errors occuring on different files in the image.  After seeing this, I checked the .wim images on the MDT 2010/WDS server and in the MININT folder on the target computer and the file sizes are the same, but the MD5 checksums are different.  This would lead me to believe that something is going wrong while the image is being transferred to the client computer, but I have no idea how or why.

I have downloaded the driver pack for an OptiPlex 980 from the Dell website and added it to the MDT Deployment Share and downloaded the NIC driver separately (a few people have reported problems with the driver that is supplied in the driver pack and recommend an updated version), updated the MDT WinPE images and added them to the boot images in WDS.  Our MDT 2010/WDS Server is running Windows Server 2008 Enterprise Edition Service Pack 2 x64 with the latest Windows Updates as of today, and it is running on a Dell OptiPlex 780 with a Core 2 Duo E7500 and 4Gb RAM (no spare servers, and a workstation is working fine).  As stated above, the same custom image has been deployed on other desktops and laptops including Dell OptiPlex 755, 760 and 780, even an Acer Aspire 1825pt notebook.  I have also tested a deployment on a spare OptiPlex 755 on the same switch and VLAN and it worked correctly so I do not believe it is a problem with our network infrastructure.

If anybody can figure out how my images are getting corrupted by the time they reach the target computer and how to fix it, it would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks
