I have a Windows XP 32-bit image I'm deploying and all the drivers work except one (RealTek HD Audio). I downloaded all the drivers from the HP website for this model and I tried both the must current driver and the previous driver.
After the deployment is complete, there is *a* driver installed, but it doesn't work. There is an error message at every login and there is a yellow exclamation point on the audio in device manager.
I can fix this by going to the properties for the audio device and rolling back the driver. When I do, there is a warning about it being an unsigned driver, but after clicking through, it installs and works. It is also a 5.x version driver, where the one installed by MDT is a 6.x version driver.
What can be done to make sure MDT installs the driver that works or keeps the audio driver that is working finr in the system prior to the Sysprep and Capture task?
