MDT: ISO file to deploy VMs in diferrent VMWare ESXi cluster versions

Hi folks,

I am quite new using MDT and I have a question about an ISO created from an MDT 2012 in order to create custom VMs with  Windows Server 2012 R2 OS.
Currently we have some VMWare ESXi clusters. These clusters are all separated from each other and they are in different ESXi version using different storages LUNs.
I am trying to use an ISO created from a MDT 2012 Server in one of these clusters. I noticed that just the cluster that I created the .wim file I can install custom VMs. If I try to install a VM using the same ISO in a different cluster (Different version) it stops in the "Installing Operational System" step.

I was wondering if it's there is some compatibility issue across these VMWares hosts working in different versions.

Error message:
<![LOG[FAILURE (Err): 429: CreateObject(Microsoft.BDD.Utility) - ActiveX component can't create object

dism.exe /apply-image /imagefile:"path\image.wim"  /index:1 /applyDirC
This version of dism.exe is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information and then contact the software publisher.

Tks for the help.
