MDT & WDS with Database: Won't Deploy the OS!

I'm sure I'm missing something simple, but this is driving me nuts. I set up a server yesterday with WDS and MDT2012 SP1 installed.

I imported a basic Win 7 ISO, driver packages, etc., into MDT2012.
I set up the WinPE image on the WDS side, and successfully booted from PXE and installed a bog standard Windows 7 wim down onto a test machine, using hardcoded values in the customsettings.ini

I then hooked it all up to the database I'd configured, and got to trying to set up a proper configuration.

My machine just won't build. It boots into WinPE, it shows me that it has all the correct information, then when I click Begin, the machine just reboots into Windows.

I have an object in the 'Computers' table, with the test machine's MAC address, and the OSDComputerName value set. That has a Role of Windows 7 Desktop.
The Windows 7 Desktop role in the 'Roles' table has the TaskSequenceID of my Windows 7 image (in this case AIRWIN7X64). I've tried changing it with different Task Sequences I had setup, including the basic OS, none of them worked. It also has configured the Applications I want installed on top of the image.
I then have configured a Make and Model object for my test machine. In this case it's a Dell OptiPlex 990. Within that, I've set everything else - the OU to join the machine into, various credentials for connecting to resources, and so forth.

When I PXE boot the machine and view the Wizard, it is pre-populated with all the correct information. It knows which Task Sequence it needs, as well as everything else. But as soon as I click 'Begin', the damn thing just reboots itself.

I'm SURE I'm missing something blindingly obvious, but it's so blinding that I can't see it and it's driving me up the wall. Any pointers would be appreciated!
