HP DL 380 Gen 10 Server 2016

I am building HP DL 380 Gen 10 Server 2016. I have two servers that seem to be the same model. One is failing to boot after the first MDT reboot.

I found this from dell:

But I already have that code in the LTIApply.wsf

Has anyone seen this issue?
